Holland & Barrett’s major transformation

Holland & Barrett’s major transformation has reached its next milestone with the reopening of its store at 17 Culver Walk, Lion Walk, after a stunning renovation.

As a leading health and wellness retailer, Holland & Barrett continues to offer a wide selection of vitamins, minerals, health supplements, specialty foods, and natural beauty products. The company’s CEO, Anthony Houghton, shared, “We’re committed to providing customers with accessible retail spaces where they need them most. Our ongoing investment in high street locations and the overall customer experience demonstrates our dedication to improving how people shop with us.”  Holland & Barrett’s major transformation is a testament to this commitment, ensuring that the brand stays at the forefront of retail innovation.

The store’s makeover goes beyond a refreshed layout and redesigned merchandising. Holland & Barrett’s major transformation includes the integration of cutting-edge technology, playing a vital role in the upgraded in-store experience. A key highlight is Cerebro, an industry-leading tech solution developed in-house to help staff connect more deeply with customers about their wellness needs. Additionally, new self-checkout stations and digital solutions, including the innovative H&B App, are being trialled to streamline shopping and further support both customers and staff.

Holland & Barrett has committed £70 million to the modernisation of its stores, technology, and product offerings as part of Holland & Barrett’s major transformation. This includes the renovation and opening of over 200 stores across the UK, further solidifying its position as a health and wellness leader.

The Lion Walk store is now open and ready to welcome shoppers Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and Sunday, 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
