This festive season, Santa’s sleigh is making a special stop in Colchester, and he’s setting up his magical grotto in the heart of Lion Walk Shopping Centre. From Wednesday 13th November until Christmas Eve, you can trade in your wish lists for facetime with Santa himself.

This is the perfect opportunity for your little ones to experience our brand new Santa’s Grotto, and receive a special gift to take home including. Santa has selected a range of toys, suitable for different ages.

Additional Information
– Make your way to the Grotto and display your booking confirmation either printed or electronically to a team member at the Grotto.
– Please arrive at the Grotto no more than 5 minutes before the start of your event.
– Entrance will not be possible if you arrive before your allotted time.
– Please be aware that your time slot will allow you into the queue to see Santa. There will be other children booked within that time slot – the timings simply allow us to manage the queue for you.
– We aim to ensure that you see Santa within your time slot but on busy days, you may need to wait a little longer. No refunds are available if we are running late.
– Children should be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults due to space restrictions in and around the Grotto.
– Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.
– Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly so book now to avoid disappointment.
– Where a session is shown as ‘Sold Out’ – we’re sorry, there are currently no more tickets available for that time.
